Join volunteer Aimee Graves for our monthly “casual hike” – a time to enjoy and explore an Oak Heritage nature preserve.

In May, we’ll visit Buttonwood Nature Preserve, near Dillsboro, Indiana.

Meet at 2pm, at the preserve, and plan to explore for 1.5 – 2 hours. You’ll find Buttonwood Nature Preserve listed on Google Maps (or just click here).

There is no off-road parking, so please park carefully along side the road.

Be sure to bring:

• Rain boots or closed-toe, waterproof hiking boots
• Bug spray and sunscreen if you want them
• Water bottle
