Education and Outreach

Our Education and Outreach programs provide informal nature-based connections in our communities, schools, and homes.  We want to help create and enhance our relationships with nature by sharing educational information with you.  Our Education and Outreach is committed to furthering Oak Heritage Conservancy’s mission of land preservation through connecting people with the land. We offer a variety of opportunities, such as:

  • Short, monthly-themed articles
  • In-school programming
  • Informal interpretive programming
  • Reverse Field Trips
  • Service projects
  • Forest school
  • StoryWalks®
