Celebrate butterflies with a cool beverage! We’ll explore Monarch Meadows in the afternoon followed by a “friend-raising” event at Great Crescent Brewery in Aurora, Indiana. We’ll meet at 3:30 pm at Monarch Meadows located at 2287 Dibble Rd, Rising Sun, Indiana 47040 and explore the 85-acre preserve. Staff and volunteers will be on hand from 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm to help identify the many species and share the history of Monarch Meadows.

Starting at 5:00 pm come and enjoy a cold brew at Great Crescent Brewery and learn about the work Oak Heritage is doing in southeast Indiana to preserve and protect land and water resources. Great Crescent Brewery features thirst quenching craft beer and delicious food in a comfortable setting. A portion of all taproom sales from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm will go to Oak Heritage Conservancy.
